Carmel Corn

6 quarts popped popcorn
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 sticks butter
1/4 t. cream of Tartar
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda

Combine everything except soda and bring to a boil=260 degrees. Take off heat and stir in baking soda.
Pour into a greased surface.
