Peanut Butter Bread




2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in peanut butter with a fork.
Add egg and milk, stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 3 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake in oven at 350ºF for about an hour or until wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean
