Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait

8 oz. whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar
½ cup vanilla yogurt
4 grahm crackers crushed
2 cups fresh strawberries sliced

Mix cream cheese and sugar in a small bowl, gentely stir in yogurt.

In 4 wine glasses alternate layers of strawberries,yogurt mixture, and crumbs.

Refrigerate covered for up to 8 hrs

Hey Neen:
Have you tried that new cheesecake filling in a tub yet? I've tried it. It's really good. I bet that would make a good substitute for the yogurt in this recipe.
